  1. Excellent roller skis

Posted by Oliver on Nov 4th 2024

Great performing roller skis. The forks make for a lower stable ride. The big 105 mm wheels smoothen out bumps and cracks.

Nice to have a source of replacement wheels (in various speeds).

Product Description

This is the softer version of the Fork Flex™ Plus skate rollerski for skiers 190-220 lbs (86-100kg) looking for more flex compared to our original double arm forks. Our design engineer optimized the flex while reducing some weight and maintaining same strength limits. Super low frame and end flex from spring steel simulates the flex of a ski better than concave flex typical of composite frames.

    • Wheel size: 100x24 mm

    • Weight 1.728 kg/pr with size 100 mm wheels and fenders
    • Height of top of frame unweighted: 50 mm

    • Frame thickness: 20 mm

    • Ground clearance unweighted: 30 mm

    • Smoother ride and snappy feeling with no pivot points to rattle or wear out

    • 620 mm wheelbase

    • Weight distribution more closely simulates the feel of a long snow ski

    • Flatter flex is more real than concave flex

    • Fenders standard

    • 220 lb (100 kg) weight limit

    • Optional upgrades include 105 mm wheels and Pursuit rear pull brake.

We suggest replacing 100 mm wheels around 95 mm.

Note, if you have the new 2022 and newer Salomon S/Max or R10 Nocturne boots, please include a note saying this so we mount the bindings an additional cm further forward as these two boot models have a very long outsole protruding off the backside that needs more room to clear rear fender and/or brake.

If you have SNS Pilot boots, we can mount Salomon RS Pilot bindings if you include a note (same price as Prolink Pro).
